This beautiful Private Beach House can be rented for overnight stays and also for day trips, preferably to groups of friends, families and companies.

The house has 4 large bedrooms w/ AC , 3 Toilet & Baths, Living & Dining area, Kitchen & Dirty Kitchen complete with appliances and kitchen ware & utensils and 1 Maid's room with bath.

The garden area is large and has a Swimming pool, a Nipa hut overlooking the beach and plenty of space for children to play, or for team building and bonding activities.

Per Night Stay:  PHP 30,000

• This price is good for up to 15 adults or less including children 0-4 years old are free.
• 5-12 years old: 50%
• Any additional adult will be charged Php1000.
• Children 5-12 years old: Php500.
• Free of charge if the child is less than four years old.

To reserve the house and confirm booking, we require non-refundable down payment of 30% of total price that will be deposited in our account. The remaining balance will be due in cash upon check-in.
