The beauty about this house is that it’s totally private and personal.  The local market is about 10 min drive just in case you want to buy food.  House comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, bar area, and BBQ grill etc.  The neighborhood is a private gated community next to the beach. The community is mostly foreign expats living all around the house.  The house is only 3 min. drive to several beaches.
