Larger groups can convert the air-conditioned living room in the main house as a sleeping area which can sleep another 5-7 guests. Extra foam mattresses, pillows, and linens are provided for. In the main house, there is 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and a small bathroom on the 2nd floor. Each of the rooms in the new wing and also the master's bedroom in the main house has its own bathroom.

This beachfront vacation house can now accommodate groups of up to 36 guests.

Standard Check in Time: 2:30 PM
Standard Check out Time: 12:00 PM

 Check-in time is no earlier than 2:30pm. Check-out time is no later than 12:00pm. This is strictly enforced to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Reservation fee of 50% shall be paid (70% for 2-night reservations) and which shall be deducted from the total bill.
• Remaining Balance of 50% should be settled at least one week before check in date. Full Payment is required before your booking date.
• Payment Method: Bank Deposit  (Cheque, Paypal, and Credit Card payments are not permitted.)
• Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Booking is on a first-paid, first reserved basis.
• There are no refunds for cancelled reservations due to reasons including undesirable weather, for no-shows, and for early departures. Rescheduling a confirmed reservation may only be possible in the event of a storm signal number 2 or above officially declared in the Nasugbu, Batangas area during the booked date/s.
• Children under 3 years old are not included in the headcount and are free of charge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and there will be some dates that have set minimum rates. The number of rooms that will be opened will depend on the headcount of our guests. The master's bedroom (Room E) in the main house will only be opened when headcount is over 30 guests. . ​​

Tali management/security may start collecting at any time a Tourism Ecology Fee of P20 for each visitor entering Tali Beach subdivision. Exempted from this levy are Persons with Disability, Senior Citizens, and Filipino children 6-years-old and below.
