Adjacent to the beach house is also a rest house complete with dining and play area for bigger groups.
The ocean is a few steps from the main house and is knee deep all year round until further down the breakwater making it safe for kids.
The fishing village neighborhood gives access to catch of the day.
Rates
Exclusive Rental of Both Beach House : Php29, 000 per day (good for 24pax)
In excess of 24 pax: Php600 per head
Extra Mattresses: Php500 each
Maximum of 36 pax combined in both houses.
3 AC rooms: Good for 10 pax
- With 5 toilet and bath
- Visitors for day use only - P500 per person with any room rental.

- The house comes with aircon and electric fan, one in every room and 3 electric fans in common sleeping area.
- There are 2 big coolers for ice to keep drinks and food chilled. There is a refrigerator.
- There is a coffee maker, hot water pot, microwave, a toaster over and a barbeque pit.
- We provide bedsheets, we suggest you bring several towels and pillows as needed. Blankets if you need one.
- Nearby sari sari stores sells ice, drinks, bread and snacks market is 10 km away and can be accessed by car or tricycle.
- Bring your own food and drinks.
- Bring your own toiletries.
