Beautiful 5 Bedroom Beach house each with private bathrooms. House comes fully equipped with a full kitchen BBQ grill etc.  Each room has Aircon. The house is only 3 min. drive to several beaches. The local fresh food market is also very close about 10 min drive - in case you want to buy fresh fish and veggies. The neighbourhood is a private gated community next to the beach. The community is mostly foreign expats living all around the house. The beauty about this house is that it's totally private and personal. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a special price and other amenities to make your stay easy and effortless. Guest have access to beaches and resorts which are very close by. Beach house owner will be your personal tour guide during your stay and make sure you are very well taken care of.  They also offer boat rides for extra fee and other convenient needs such as massage, manicure and pedicure, scuba diving lessons, golf etc.

Off Peak Season Rate: Php21,500 good for 15 pax

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than one week prior to check in, you’ll get a 50% refund.
If you need to cancel within one week of your trip, your payment is non-refundable.

Reservations will be taken on a “First Paid, First reserved” basis.
